QSFP-DD 400GBASE-SR4
Liturex's LQD400-SR4MC optical transceiver module is specifically designed and optimized for 400G Ethernet and data center applications. Compliant with IEEE 802.3db, IEEE 802.3ck, and QSFP-DD MSA standards, the module converts 8 channels of 53.125 Gbps electrical signals into 4 parallel optical signal lanes, with each optical channel supporting 106.25 Gbps data transmission. Conversely, it can convert 4 incoming 106.25 Gbps optical signal channels back into 8 electrical output data channels at 53.125 Gbps per channel, supporting transmission distances of up to 100 meters over OM4 multimode fiber. The module also provides CMIS-compliant digital diagnostics via an I²C interface, enabling real-time performance monitoring and system integration.
